Slovenian Tolar

SIT is the currency of the Republic of Slovenia. It was introduced on 8 October 1991, replacing the Yugoslav dinar. The Slovenian tolar was the official currency of Slovenia from 1991 to 2006. On 1 January 2007, Slovenia joined the Eurozone and the tolar was replaced by the euro.
