Egyptian Arabic

Egyptian Arabic is the national language of Egypt and is spoken by around 80 million people. It is a dialect of the Arabic language and is written in the Arabic script. Egyptian Arabic has many loanwords from other languages, such as Turkish, French and English. It is also influenced by Egyptian Colloquial Arabic, which is a dialect of Egyptian Arabic spoken in informal situations.
