There's not much to say about the NEWP programming language. It was created in the early 1990s by James Gosling, the man who also created the Java programming language.
NEWP was designed to be a more user-friendly version of the C++ programming language. It was designed to be more object-oriented than C++ and to have a simpler syntax.
Unfortunately, NEWP never gained much traction and was never widely adopted. It's not used much today and is considered to be a bit of a relic.
