Yugoslavian Reformed Dinar (1992–1993)
The YUR is the currency of the Republic of Belarus. It was introduced in May 1992, replacing the Soviet ruble. The YUR is subdivided into 100 kapeykas. The first YUR banknotes were issued in 1992, and the first coins were issued in 1994. The YUR is pegged to the U.S. dollar at a rate of 1 YUR = $0.40.
