ABC ALGOL

ABC ALGOL is a programming language developed in the 1960s. It is a member of the ALGOL family of languages. ABC ALGOL was designed by a team of researchers at the University of California, Berkeley. The language was designed to be a simple, easy-to-use programming language. The ABC ALGOL compiler was released in 1963. The language was used to write a number of programs, including a chess program and a text editor. In the 1970s, ABC ALGOL was used as the basis for the development of the Pascal programming language.
